That metal fuel hardline under your SW20? It's rusting. The factory tank-to-filter setup on the MKII is part rubber and part metal — and both halves are working against you 30+ years in. The rubber dries out, cracks, and stops being safe with modern fuel, especially anything with ethanol content. The metal portion does worse: it sits under the car catching road salt, moisture, and grime year after year, and over time it rusts. Eventually it pinholes or cracks, and what comes out is gasoline — under the car, on the road, and right next to a hot exhaust. It's one of the more serious things people don't think about until it's too late. We built this line to put that issue to bed for good. Stainless braided construction throughout — corrosion and abrasion resistant — rated at 2,450 PSI working pressure, with crimped fittings rather than screw-on ends so there's nothing to weep, leak, or back off over time. Compatible with both pump gas and E85, just like the rest of our lines. The standout feature on this one is the tank-side fitting. Most aftermarket lines rely on O-rings to seal at the tank, which is a wear point that'll eventually weep. We had a custom fitting machined with a convex flare specifically for this application — it makes a positive metal-to-metal seal at the tank with no O-rings required. It's the kind of detail you wouldn't think about until you've chased a slow tank leak through a couple of seasons. Every line is pressure and leak tested before it ships — no untested lines leave the shop. And every line is hand-built to order right here in the USA. Custom lengths available — just reach out before you order. Fitment: 1991-1995 Toyota MR2 SW20 (all engines)
