Every SW20 owner knows the move — arms full of groceries, a cooler, or a set of tools, trying to pop the front trunk and prop it up one-handed while the lid does its best to close on your fingers. It's one of those small annoyances that turns into a daily thing on a car you actually use. This kit makes it disappear. Two gas-charged hydraulic prop rods mount on either side of the frunk to replace the single stock prop rod. Once you've lifted the lid past the halfway point, the props take over and finish the job for you — no more single-handed juggling, no more prop rod to fumble with. It's also a huge upgrade for show cars where a clean, hands-free lid opening makes a real difference when people are crowding around to look. We worked hard to bring this to market at a price that actually makes sense — most solutions out there are either overpriced or overbuilt for what's really just a quality-of-life upgrade.
