The one that started it all.
This is the line that kicked off our whole fuel line program. Years ago, we had the same problem every AW11 owner runs into with a 20V 4AGE swap: the factory 16V line doesn't reach the 20V fuel rail. The usual workaround — cutting the 16V rail end off and splicing the 20V end onto the line from the filter — works until it doesn't.
Spliced fuel lines are a leak waiting to happen, and a fuel leak in an engine bay is the kind of problem that ends projects and cars.
So we built a proper solution. One continuous stainless steel braided line, made in the correct length for the swap, with no splices, no hose clamps, and no compromises. It worked so well that it became the foundation for every fuel line we make today — the AE86 20V, the SW20 5SFE, the smallport lines — all of them trace back to this one.
It's a 3/8" (-6 AN) PTFE-lined stainless steel braided fuel line, rated at 2,450 PSI working pressure and 9,800 PSI burst. Larger than stock for better flow, compatible with both pump gas and E85. The restrictive banjo fittings are gone, replaced with a straight-through adapter design so fuel moves freely from tank to rail.
Every fitting is crimp-style — no cheap screw-on ends that weep and leak under pressure. Just solid, reliable fueling that'll outlast the rest of your build.
