AE86 20v 4age Fuel Line

Running a 20V 4AGE swap in your Hachiroku? Your factory fuel line is the weak link. If you've gone through the trouble of dropping a Blacktop or Silvertop 20V into your AE86, the last thing you want is old rubber line and restrictive banjo fittings choking it down. We built this one specifically for that swap — same proven hose and fitting setup we use on our AW11 20V line, dialed in for the AE86 chassis. It's a 3/8" (-6 AN) PTFE-lined stainless steel braided fuel line, rated at 2,450 PSI working pressure and 9,800 PSI burst. Larger than stock, compatible with both pump gas and E85, and tough enough to handle anything a healthy 20V can throw at it. We ditched the banjo fittings entirely in favor of a straight-through design, so fuel moves from tank to rail with fewer restrictions. Every fitting is crimp-style — no cheap screw-on ends that weep and leak under pressure. Just solid, reliable fueling that'll outlast the rest of your build.
