91-95 5sfe SW20 Fuel Line

If your SW20 is still running factory fuel line, you're leaving power on the table. Stock 5SFE fuel lines use restrictive banjo bolt fittings and rubber hose that's getting tired after 30+ years. We took our popular 20v 4AGE fuel line design and built it for the 91-95 5SFE powered SW20 — bigger, better, and ready for whatever you've got planned. We run a -6 AN (3/8" ID) PTFE-lined stainless steel braided hose, rated at 2,450 PSI working pressure and 9,800 PSI burst. That's a step up from the factory line — even larger than what the turbo cars came with from the factory — so there's plenty of flow for a built motor, forced induction, or a swap. And because it's PTFE lined, it's fully compatible with both pump gas and E85. We ditched the restrictive banjo bolts in favor of a straight-through adapter design, so fuel flows with fewer restrictions from tank to rail. Every fitting is crimp-style — no cheap screw-on ends that weep and leak under pressure. Just clean, reliable fueling that'll outlast the rest of your build.
