This is our gas charged engine lid prop for the SW20 chassis. It fits either side and comes with all needed hardware for a fast install. Are you tired of the stock prop rod clip breaking. This will fix that and give you extra room to work on or look at your engine! The gas charged prop is compact to allow maximum room around the engine bay. Also it fits both NA and Turbo models on either driver or passenger side for ultimate flexibility. You can also install one on both sides of the engine lid if you want... so order 2 today!

*This has been confirmed to fit with the TRD or "TRD style" rear strut tower bars.

*This prop rod is required when using our Dual 11" Engine Lid Fan Shroud.

*This prop rod does clear the stock airbox.

Engine prop showed up today. I actually by chance was outside when USPS showed up and in a matter of 10mins it was on the car! so you know its an easy install. slight PITA to get the prop rod to compress enough to allow you to get the brackets lined up correctly but I got it to work. Final overview, great product so much better than that POS broken rod, it is tucked and out of the way of working on the engine, unlike the OEM style.
